Join us as we review the past year, its difficulties and its successes, and learn about our exciting plans for the future.

You are a vital part of the organization, and your vote matters.

You must register to attend. A  Zoom link will be sent to all registrants by November 19.

If you are a current member and you are unable to attend the meeting, please appoint a proxy to vote for you. 

By-Law #7.05: Every member entitled to a vote at a meeting of members may, by means of a proxy, appoint a proxy holder to attend and act at a meeting in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy. A proxy shall be in writing and executed by the member and shall have been deposited with the Institute by 4:00 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025. Your proxy is cancelled if you decide to attend the meeting.
